高效液相色谱法测定废水中的丙酮与丁酮 被引量:3

摘要 建立了一种同时测定废水中丙酮和丁酮的高效液相色谱法。该法采用二极管阵列检测器,检测波长265nm,流动相为四氢呋喃-0.1%磷酸水溶液(12:88,v/v),流速为0.8mL/min,用外标法进行定量。测定液中丙酮和丁酮的线性范围分别为0.05-10.00mg/L和0.075-15.00mg/L,相关系数大于0.9996。该方法测定丙酮和丁酮的标准偏差均小于2.0%,检出限均为5.0μg/L。丙酮回收率为98.8%-101.9%,丁酮回收率为98.4%-102.2%。适用于废水中丙酮与丁酮的检测。 The high performance liquid chromatography to determine acetone and butanone in waste water simuhaneously is es- tablished. Diode array detector is adopted by this determination method, the detection wavelength is 265nm, the mobile phase is tetrahydro- furan - 0. 1% phosphoric acid liquor (12 : 88, v/v) , flow velocity is 0. 8mL/min, and the quantitative analysis is carried out by stand- ard working curve.. The linear range of acetone and butanone in determination solution is 0. 05- 10. 00mg/L and 0. 075-15.00mg/L re- spectively, the correlation coefficient is more than 0. 9996. The standard deviations of this acetone and butanone determination method are all less than 2.0% , the detection limit is 5. 0μg/L. The recovery rate of acetone is 98. 8%-101.9% , the recovery of butanone is 98.4% ~ 102.2%. This method is suitable for determination of acetone and butanone in waste water.
