随着计算机网络技术的飞速发展,信息化已成为推动管理提升的重要手段。分析了传统项目成本管理模式的不足和信息化管理的优势,探讨了项目成本管理系统的功能、结构等内容,并以北京航天斯达新技术装备公司项目成本管理信息化平台的开发为实际案例,介绍了项目成本信息化管理的应用情况,为企业开发符合自身管理模式的项目成本管理信息化系统提供了借鉴。
With the rapid development of computer network technology, informatization has become an important means to promote the management level. The disadvantages of traditional project management model and the advantages of informatization management, as well as the functions and structure of the project cost management software were proposed here. The applications of the project management software in Aerospace Standard Company were introduced, providing the reference for companies to develop their own project cost management information system.
