摘要
基于某车型制动力不足、制动偏软的用户抱怨,对于抱怨件进行具体分析。从常见的制动力不足原因着手,排除了各种外部故障。在台架测试中,测量得弹簧孔、导向销孔对称度、拉刀槽对称度的尺寸超出了公差带范围。分析这3项尺寸偏差对于制动钳壳体以及支架的强度、刚度影响,建立了三维模型,并在此基础上划分网格,进行有限元分析。
Based on the complaints of insufficient braking force, the faulted models are ana- lyzed. Starting from some common causes of insufficient braking force, all kinds of external breakdowns are got rid of. We found the degree of symmetry of spring eye, guide pin hole and the broach groove passed tolerance zone in the benching testing. In order to find out the influences of these 3 size devia- tions to the strength and rigidity of the brake caliper and the braking support post, a three - dimension- al model is built. Then, the grid is put on it, and finite element analysis is conducted. The improved parts have eliminated the complaints of users.
