摘要
贵州赤水市竹资源丰富,竹林培育具有一定技术基础,竹产业发展已初具规模。但在竹产业发展过程中也存在着竹林培育技术亟待推广、竹产品开发亟待深化、产业结构需要优化、人才队伍需要加强等问题。针对竹产业发展中存在的问题,提出了促进赤水市竹产业发展的总体思路,以及优化产业结构、促进产业升级、深化体制改革、优化竹产业发展环境等应对策略。
Chishui City, Guizhou Province, is rich in bamboo resources, where has some technical experiences in forest cultivation and forest industry has showed some scale effect in its development. However, some problems, such as the late extension of cultivation technologies, urgent need to deepen bamboo product development, industrial restructuring and talent cultivation, have arisen. In view of these problems, the paper proposed the general thought on how to promote the bamboo industry development in the city and came up the response strategies to optimize industrial structure, promote industry restructuring, deepen institutional reform and improve bamboo industry development environment.
