摘要
通过某地一起氧气管道发生爆炸造成多人伤亡案例。对管道历史运行状况、管段事故前后对比、宏观检查、厚度检测、硬度检测、材料光谱分析、射线检测,得出该管道在爆炸前已经发生了燃烧。在此基础上,结合DCS运行记录可以推断阀门动作是造成此次事故的直接原因。
There was an explosion accident occurred in one oxygen piping which cause several dies and injuries.In this article,with the comparison of piping situation before and after accident,macro examination,thickness and hardness measurement,spectrum analysis and X-ray detection were carried out,it was concluded that before explosion,burning had occurred.Based on this result and combined with DCS operation record,it was derived that valve wrong action is direct cause for the accident.
