摘要
在加热设备中,螺纹烟管有较为广泛的使用,而目前螺纹烟管的传热计算还没有完整的理论解,工程计算上主要依赖以实验研究得出的经验计算式。主要是对螺纹烟管的传热机理及常用的经验计算式进行介绍分析,并将各个经验计算式的结果进行对比,探讨其数值的准确可靠性并给出参考意见。同时,考虑到各个经验计算式的复杂性,对螺纹烟管的热力计算程序化给出编制思路,以提高其工程设计计算效率。
Within heating equipment,spiral fluted tube is widely used.However,there is no theoretical solution in heat transfer calculation for spiral fluted tube,and empirical equation obtained from experiment is mainly applied in engineering.In this article, commonly used empirical equations used in heat transfer for spiral fluted tube were introduced and analyzed,and the results from these different equations were compared.Then,the reliability and precision of these results were discussed and the referent opinions were presented.In view of the complex in empirical equations,heat transfer calculation can be programmed so as to enhance the efficiency of engineering calculation,and the idea in programming was presented.
