摘要
根据元件和接管连接区所引起高应力的原因,对减小高应力的措施进行了分析。当开孔较小、元件和接管直径及厚度比值较为协调的情况下,即使不进行补强,其应力集中系数也不会大于需要补强开孔经正确补强后仍然存在的相应值,在压力无急剧波动的操作时能保证安全运行。并根据规范的补强设计原理,对需要和不需补强的开孔是否可以和焊缝相遇,如开孔和焊缝相遇或相邻时所应采取的配套措施进行分析。
With the cause of high stress creating at joint of nozzle and shell,the method for reducing high stress was analyzed.When the size of opening is small and the ratio of diameter to thickness is relatively coordinated,even without reinforcement,the stress concentration factor will not larger than that appeared in the case with proper reinforcement,and the vessel can be in safe performance is there is no sharp pressure fluctuation.In this article,based on reinforcement design principle used in standard,the issues that if openings with and without requirement of reinforcement can be crossed with weld and the relevant measures for the openings crossed with or neared weld were analyzed.
