摘要
从高层次创新创业人才引进、培育、使用、发展环境等几方面深入分析了东莞市高层次创新创业人才队伍建设基本情况,并在此基础上指出了东莞市高层次创新创业人才队伍建设存在的主要问题。
This article analyzes the basic situation of team building of high-level innovative and pioneering talents in Dongguan from the introduction,cultivation,employment and developing environment of high-level talents,and on this basis,points out the main problems in team building.
