摘要
将损伤力学-有限元方法应用于飞机襟翼蒙皮铆接结构的改进设计中,得到了结构改进前后的疲劳损伤演化过程和疲劳寿命,并通过分析损伤场的演化来研究铆接细节的改进对于铆接结构疲劳性能的影响;对改进前后的铆接试验件进行疲劳试验,并与损伤力学方法分析结果进行比较,验证了方法的正确性。
In this paper, the damage mechanics- finite element method is applied in the assessment of air- craft riveted structure design. The process of fatigue damage evolution and values of fatigue life are ob- tained respectively before and after the improvement of design scheme ; And then the fatigue performances of riveted structure before and after the riveting details improvement are compared by analyzing the evolu- tion of the damage fields. To confirm the validity of damage mechanics analysis results, fatigue tests on riveted structure are taken. That the test results are consistent with damage Mechanics analytical ones.
