摘要
针对运动控制教学实验要求以及机电控制系统在实验阶段的安全性和可靠性问题,给出一种运动控制实验开发平台的设计方案。该平台以固高公司的GUC系列通用一体化运动控制器为控制核心,外接伺服电机作为执行机构,最多可实现4个轴的同步协调控制。介绍了控制软件设计的具体过程。软、硬件连调实验证明该平台可以实现预期的要求。
A design scheme for motion control experiment platform was proposed in response to motion control experimental teaching as well as safety and reliability problems in experimental phase of mechanical and electrical control system. The control core of this platform was based on the general integration motion controller of GUC series of Googol company. When the motion controller links to external servo motor as actuator, it can provide a maximum of 4 axis synchronization control. The design process of the control software was elaborated. The connection and adjustment experiments of software and hardware prove that the platform can realize anticipated requirements.
