摘要 在数字信号处理器的应用系统设计中,复位处理是一个最基本又极为关键的问题。着重阐述了基于DSP TMS320F28335处理器的交流伺服驱动装置在强EMI电磁干扰的情况下,系统的复位和抗干扰问题。对DSP控制系统电磁干扰和电磁兼容原理及其相关技术进行了探讨,详细分析了引起系统复位的原因,并给出完整的复位相关电路原理设计及PCB印制电路板布局布线解决方案。在工程实践中证明,这些方法和措施能很好地提升DSP控制系统的稳定性、可靠性和抗干扰能力。 In the application system design of digital signal processor, reset is one of the most basic and crucial problems. In strong electromagnetic interference environment, the problems about system reset and anti-jamming were expounded with emphasis based on digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F28335 processor AC servo driving device. The principle and related techniques of DSP control system electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic compatibility were discussed, the reasons causing system reset were also analyzed in detail, and complete reset circuit principle design and print circuit board (PCB) layout solutions were given. It is proved in engineering practices that these methods can very well improve stability, reliability and anti-jamming capability of the DSP control system.
