摘要
介绍一种数控系统远程诊断系统的设计方案,该数控系统远程诊断系统由现场数据采集、现场服务机和远程客户端部分组成,数控设备通过工业以太网将设备的实时状态数据传输到现场服务机,现场服务机采用内置数据库和Web服务器技术,将采集到的数据处理并通过Internet网络传输到远程客户端,从而实现对数控系统的远程在线监测和故障诊断。
A design project of the NC remote diagnosis system was introduced. The system was composed of data collection on site, service machine on site and remote customer terminal. The real-time status data of device were transmitted to the service machine on site by the NC equipment based upon the industry Ethernet; and the build-in database and Web server technology were adopted by this service machine to collecte data and process, and transmit to the remote customer terminal by Internet. Therefore the on-line remote monitoring and fault diagnosis can be carried out for the CNC system.
