摘要
结合现代数控技术与T型管焊接需求,采用Delphi编程语言对运动控制卡编程,实现了T型管自动焊接轨迹插补计算与全自动焊接控制,从而改善了焊接现场环境,降低了焊接成本,提高了焊接效率。
Combining with modem numerical control technology and the T-tube welding demand, Delphi language was used to program for movement control card, the T-tube track interpolation calculation and automatic welding control were realized. So the weld- ing field environment is improved, welding cost is reduced and welding efficiency is enhanced.
