油压千斤顶偏载的仿真与试验分析

摘要 结合千斤顶的实际工况,利用有限元数值模拟软件ANSYS,对不同位置、不同角度和不同加载方式起顶时的千斤顶进行数值模拟,对应力分布和变形进行定量分析,并做了试验验证。分析发现:最易发生失效的部件为活塞组件和油缸,且油缸内壁的最大等效应力和变形均大于活塞组件;随着偏载角度的增大,等效应力逐渐增大;面载荷的等效应力最小,变形却最大。 Combining with the actual conditions of the jack, different working conditions, such as different location, different an- gles and different loading methods were simulated by finite element numerical simulation software ANSYS. A quantitative analysis on the stress distribution and deformation was done with simulation and physical experiments. It is found that the components prone to fail- ure are the piston assembly and cylinder; the maximum equivalent stress and deformation of inner wall of fuel tank are greater than those of piston assembly; equivalent stress increases when the partial load angle increases; surface load has minimal equivalent stress, but largest deformation.
