摘要
针对兼职硕士生导师队伍中存在的问题,提出采用TQM进行硕士兼职导师队伍管理,并就其必要性和具体实施办法进行了介绍。
In view of the problems of part-time supervisors for graduates,this paper proposes applying TQM in the management of part-time supervisors for graduates and discusses the necessity and specific measures of implementing the system.
