组织修形高频电刀在药物性牙龈增生症手术切除中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用组织修形高频电刀手术切除药物性牙龈增生症(DGO)的临床疗效。方法选择60例DGO,增生牙龈均覆盖超过1/3牙面高度,经基础及药物治疗炎症消退后,采用组织修形高频电刀系统进行牙龈成形术。术后即刻观察止血效果及切割是否彻底,术后1周、3个月及1年后复查牙龈指数(GI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙齿松动度。结果 60例患者患牙术中均能充分暴露根面,创面轻度水肿,无明显渗血。术后1周复查均示龈缘红肿基本消退,龈颈缘线清晰,美观恢复良好。术后3个月及1年后患牙牙龈外形满意,GI、PLI与PD均比术前明显改善(P<0.01),牙松动度则无明显改变,牙龈呈粉红色,未见明显增生及退缩,探诊未见明显出血。结论应用组织修形高频电刀手术切除DGO,手术操作简单、省时,增生牙龈处理有效、创伤小、出血少,修复效果良好。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of high-frequency electrosurgery excision in the treatment of drug-induced gingival overgrowth(DGO). Methods Sixty cases of DGO (1/3 or more of the teeth were covered with hyperplastic tissue)underwent gingivoplasty with high-frequency electrosurgery excision after basic treatment and medication treatment for inflammation resolution. Hemostatic and electrosurgery efficacy were observed after operation. Gingival index (GI),periodontal probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI)and tooth mobility were measured 1 week, 3 months and 1 year after operation. Results The root surface was fully exposed in all patients during operation. Mild edema was found without obvious bleeding. Gingival margin redness subsided I week after operation with clear gingival cervical margin line and beautiful and good recovery. Satisfactory gingival appearance was achieved and GI, PLI and PD were improved 3 months and 1 year after operation. No significant change in tooth mobility was observed and no obvious hyperplasia, recession and bleeding were found. The gingiva showed pink appearance. Conclusion High-frequency electrosurgery excision is simple, effective and time-saving in the treatment of DGO with small trauma, less bleeding and good recovery.
