摘要
采用失重法对由粒度为60目以上,提取剂为1%~5%的盐酸,液固比为8∶1,提取温度为60~80℃,提取时间为2~4 h条件下得到的麻疯树饼粕提取液,在10%和1 mol/L盐酸溶液中对碳钢和铝的缓蚀作用进行了研究。结果表明,在30℃条件下,单独使用本提取液,加入量为10%时,对碳钢和铝的缓蚀率可达到92%和96%;与乌洛托品和苯并三氮唑复配后加入量为1%时,对碳钢和铝的缓蚀率能达到85%和90%以上。
The extractives(JSME) had been made from Jatropha curcas L.seed meal and its preparation conditions were as follows:particle size was more than 60 mesh,extracting agent was 1%~5% hydrochloric acid,liquid-solid ratio was 8∶ 1,extraction temperature was 60~80 ℃ and extraction time was 2~4 h.The inhibition efficiency of JSME on carbon steel and aluminum in 10% and 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution were studied by the method of weight-loss.Results showed that the inhibition efficiency of JSME on carbon steel and aluminum was 92% and 96% under the condition of 30 ℃,when JSME was used separately with the amount of 10% and its inhibition efficiency on carbon steel and aluminum will increased to 85% and 90% with the amount of 1% when compounded with hexamethylene triamine and 1,2,3-bengotriazle.
