摘要
利用界面聚合法制备了聚氨基甲酸酯-聚脲微胶囊,分析了水相乳化剂含量、反应单体摩尔比及二醇类分子量对微胶囊粒径分布的影响。结果表明,平均粒径随PVA含量增加而减小,且粒径分布较为狭窄;PVA含量为2%时,平均粒径为13.35μm。平均粒径随单体摩尔比增加而增大,摩尔比为6∶5∶1时,粒径分布对称性良好且较为狭窄,平均粒径为13.35μm。平均粒径随软链节增加而增大,且粒径分布较为宽广;以EG、HD、PEG 300、PEG1000和PEG 2000为软链节时,平均粒径分別为8.25,11.66,13.35,15.09,16.36μm。
The polyurethane-polyurea microcapsules are prepared by interfacial polymerization method and the influences of the content of aqueous emulsifier,the mole ratio of reaction monomers and the molecular weight of glycols on microcapsules are analyzed.The results showed that the average size decreases with the content of PVA increasing and the particle size distribution is narrow.When the content of PVA is 2%,the values of average size is 13.35 μm.The average size increases with the mole ratio of monomers increasing,the molar ratio of 6∶ 5∶ 1,the particle size distribution is narrow and its symmetry.The values of average size is 13.35 μm.The average size increases with the molecular weight of glycols increasing and the particle size distribution is broad.The values of average size are 8.25,11.66,13.35,15.09 and 16.36 μm for EG,HD,PEG 300,PEG 1000 and PEG 2000.
