摘要
介绍了一种城市 110报警服务管理系统。该系统采用全球定位系统 (GPS)进行车辆定位 ,采用无线通信系统进行车辆位置信息和车辆属性信息发送。无线通信系统采用移动通信提供的短信息量服务和网上无线寻呼服务。 110报警服务管理中心站与各巡逻车辆移动各站之间采用循环查询半双工的方式。地理信息系统 (GIS)采用基于Internet的MapInfoProserver。通过使用该系统 ,将使 110报警台在接到报警后 ,能够迅速安排距离当事人最近的 110巡逻车辆和巡逻人员赶到事发地点。
This paper introduces a 110-administration system. The system receives prowl cars' position information by its GPS system in cars. Wireless communication adopts the mini-information service of GSM and network wireless paging service. The center station communications with removable station in the means of recurrent query. GIS adopts MapInfo Proserver based on Internet. This system could meet user's demands in fast and economy ways.
