摘要
为提高大断面硬岩巷道掘进的单进水平,从强化机械化装备方面进行了突破,对多种机械化作业线配套方案进行了分析,最终采用了EBZ318(H)型硬岩综掘机和梭式矿车缓存矸石的综掘机械化装备配套作业线。对综掘机与梭式矿车的搭接、梭式矿车与小罐车的搭接进行了优化改进。通过在大断面硬岩巷道对综掘机械化作业线的试验,取得了良好效果,提高了掘进工效与单进水平,加快了重点开拓工程进度,为矿井稳定健康发展提供了保障。
In order to meet the needs of large section roadway hard rock tunneling, through a variety of machine assembly program for analysis, the EBZ318 （H）-based hard rock digging machine cut rock was ultimately settled, then used shuttle tramcar cache gangue the fully mechanized equipment supporting the operating line, and mechanized excavation machine with shuttle car＇s lap, and the small tanker shuttle tramcar lap optimized for improvements. In the large section hard rock digging mechanized line test, the technology achieved good results and improved ergonomics and a single heading into the level, speeded up the progress of the project to develop, which provided a guarantee for stable and healthy development of the mine.
