摘要
实验室以水为溶剂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)为原料,经混合磺化剂(Na2SO3,NaHSO3)磺化合成脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠(AESO),产率达到84.6%,提纯后产物纯度达98%。采用红外光谱对产物进行了结构表征,并对产物的应用性能进行了测定。结果表明:AESO的表面活性与AES相近,25℃下临界胶束浓度(cmc)为3.2×10-4mol·L-1,γcmc为30.75 mN·m-1,具有良好的表面活性;同时AESO具有很好的温度稳定性、酸碱稳定性和优异的耐钙性能。
Sodium polyoxyethylene ether sulfonates (AESO) was synthesized in laboratory using fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and mixing sulfonating agent in water at pressure heat condition. The yield of the product achieved 86.4%(mass fraction) with the purity of 98% (mass fraction) after purification. The structure of the product was characterized with Ill, and the application properties were measured. The resuhs showed that AESO had a good surface activity which surface active had closed to AES, had a lower critical micelle concentration which was 3.2 × 10^-4 mol·L^-1 at 25 ℃, and a low surface tension which was 30.75 mN ·m^-1,as well as had a good temperature stability and an excellent acid and alkali stability.
