高水材料无煤柱巷旁充填技术研究

High Water Without Coal Pillar Beside Roadway Material Filling Technology Research

摘要 为了提高煤炭资源开采的回收率和缓解采掘衔接紧张的问题,以云驾岭煤矿12802运输巷道运用沿空留巷无煤柱护巷技术与高水材料结合的方法为例,研究该方法的技术可行性。研究表明:该方法使留巷技术得到了大幅度提高,特别是其凝固速度快、早期强度大、增阻速度快、密闭采空区效果好、留巷效果佳以及其水用量大、固体料用量少、易于泵送、机械化程度高、劳动强度低,表现出较好的发展前景。 In order to improve the recovery rate of coal mining and extractive ease tensions convergence issues, took Yunjialing mine 12,802 haulage gob no pillar protected roadway materials combined with high water ways as example to study the feasibility of the method. Studies showed that: the method making the stay roadway technology has been greatly improved, especially its solidification speed, early strength, increasing resistance fast, sealed gob good effect, good effect left lane as well as its large amount of water, the solid material with less, easy pumping, high degree of mechanization, low labor intensity, which showed good prospects for development.
