摘要
我国历代都极为重视官吏考核。从原始考课法到周朝的六计考核,从春秋战国的"上计"到秦汉官吏"考课"制,从《唐六典》到魏晋南北朝时期的《都官考课七十二法》、《五条课郡县法》、《三等黝陆法》、《六条课郡法》,从宋代的"四善四最"和金朝的"四善二十七最"到《明会典》规定"九年三考"制和《清会典》规定的"四格八法"制,我国古代官吏考核的法律规制一步步发展完备。对我国古代官吏考核法律规制进行流变考证,有利于探究其对我国当前行政责任法律规制的启示与借鉴价值,和对西方文官考核制度产生的深远影响。
Official assessment legal regulation in dynasties in China was extremely paid attention to. From the method of official assessment in Primitive society to Six Methods of official assessment in Zhou dynasty, from the Official Assessment in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring Period to the Official Assessment in Qin and Hart dynasties, from "Six Law System" of the Tang dynasty to the Official Assessments in Wei and Jin and South and North dynasties, from "the Four Good and Four Most" in Song dynasty, and ~the Four Good and 27 Most" to "Three Tests in Nine Years" system of Ming Law and ~Four Cases and Eight Methods" system of Qing Law, legal regulation to official assessment in dynasties in China gradually completed. To research The Traceability of Legal Regulation to Official Selection and Supervisory in ancient china is advantageous to deeper learn official system in ancient china.
