摘要
经过三十多年的改革开放,中国从一个贫困落后的国家变成了一个经济总量跃居世界第二的现代化大国,财政收入突破10万亿元大关。然而,崛起的中国,软实力和经济发展并不平衡,加强中华文化在全世界的传播力度,构建中国的国家软实力迫在眉睫。华侨华人作为存在于海外的特殊群体,是拉近中国与世界距离、传播中国传统文化、让中国走向世界的桥梁和纽带,是中国国家软实力建设中一支不可或缺的力量。以全球华侨华人为切入点,在解析了华侨华人的综合实力和基本特点的基础上,对华侨华人建设中国国家软实力的现状进行了分析,最后对华侨华人与建设中国国家软实力的内在关系进行探索,以期为党和国家提供决策参考。
For more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has grown from a poor and backward country into a modem country. The total economy has entered the world＇ s second top, and revenue has broken through the mark of 10 trillion yuan. However, China＇ s soft power and economic development is not bal- anced. It is imminent to enforce the abilities of Chinese culture communications and built the soft power of China＇ s national system. On behalf of China, the overseas Chinese are a special group in overseas. They can bring China closer to the world, spread the Chinese traditional culture and let China to the world, overseas Chinese are indispensable power in soft power construction of China. The paper discusses the status quo be- tween overseas Chinese and the China＇ s soft power on the basis of the analysis of the overall national strength and basic characteristics of overseas Chinese. Finally, the paper explores the intrinsic relationship between overseas Chinese and the nation - building of soft power, so as to provide the party at all levels with a theoretical support and scientific basis and decision - making reference for doing a better work of overseas Chinese.
