摘要
新形势下高校学生党团组织工作开展以及工作水平的提高在一定程度上受辅导员工作能力、工作经验和工作热情的制约。只有努力增强高校辅导员的党团组织理论应用能力,政治洞察分析能力,思想动态调研能力以及干部培训能力,才能切实有效地发挥辅导员在学生党团组织建设中应有的作用。
The carrying out of students＇ Communist Youth League organization work and the improvement of college Communist Youth League organization work are controlled by the college counselors＇ work ability, work experience and work enthusiasm in some extent under the new situation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the college counselors＇ Party and Youth League organization theory application, political insight analysis capability, dynamic research capability and training capacity. Only by this, we can play due role in student＇s party and Youth League organization building.
