摘要
加强实践教学是提高毕业生就业指导课有效性的重要一环。在分析当前医学院校就业指导课存在问题的基础上,探讨渗透理念下医学院校就业指导课实践教学体系的构建,有助于充分发挥就业指导课在帮助医学院校毕业生就业和优秀医药卫生人才培养中的作用。
Strengthening practice teaching is an important part to improve university graduates career guidance. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in career guidance made by present medical schools, the paper explores how to establish practice teaching system of the schools to promote its roles in helping graduates＇ career guidance and cultivating excellent talents in medicine.
