摘要
促进民办本科院校快速健康发展,是"十二五"时期振兴河北民办本科教育的一项重要途径。现阶段河北民办本科院校面临办学经费严重不足,教师素质有待提升,教师权益尚需保障,学科建设有待加强等问题。建议从高度重视民办本科教育、加快实施二元分类管理、完善民办高校制度、设立民办教育专项资金、构建对口支援协作机制、充分保障民办院校教师权益等方面加以解决。
Promoting the development of Hebei private colleges and universities rapidly and healthily is an important way to develop Hebei private undergraduate education during the 12th Five-year Plan. At present,Hebei private colleges and universities are faced with many issues, namely ,to meet the shortage of education funds,to further improve teachers＇ quality,to guarantee teachers＇ rights and to strengthen discipline construction,etc. It is suggested that they should be settled by a series of measures,such as attaching great importance to private undergraduate education, quickening up implementation of the dual classification management, improving institutional guarantee,setting up special funds, building up targets aids and coordination system and fully guaranteeing teachers＇ rights in private colleges and universities.
