我国政府组织结构的优化问题探讨

摘要 政府组织结构的选择与构建,是政府机构设置的重要因素,主要包括国家行政组织内部的权责关系、分工协作方式、职权职能划分、机构设置和岗位设置等内容。中国政府机构设置应以建立满足现代化需求、导向型的政府权力为导向,包容一个多元内涵的目标系统为目标。在设计政府组织横向职能结构时应遵循合法性原则、精简原则、高效原则、科学原则和适应性原则。我国政府组织结构化改革过程中,要完善法律法规,明确政府职能,精简政府机构,完善评估和监督机制,更好地为公民服务。
