摘要
数控机床的日常保养是保证数控机床减少故障发生频率和延长机床使用寿命必不可少的内容。阐述了数控机床的日常维护以及宏程序的编写方法。针对长期闲置的数控机床的保养,提出了相应的解决方法。宏程序在闲置数控机床的保养中的运用,很好地解决了数控机床维护的繁琐性。
The daily maintenance of CNC machine tool is a CNC machine to reduce the failure frequency and prolong the service life of the machine tool indispensable content. This paper expounds the daily maintenance of CNC machine tools and the programming methods of Macro program. Putting forward the corresponding solutions of the idle CNC machine tools for maintenance. The application of Macro program in of the idle CNC machine tool maintenance can simplify the operation step on the maintenance.
