摘要
介绍了压装技术在装载机工作装置的装配工序中的应用,通过与改进前的传统的液氮冷法装配进行对比分析,在质量不受影响的前提下,制造成本得到较好的收益,节省了原工艺所用液氮材料,对环境保护和员工的职业健康都发挥了较好的作用,在同类的工程机械产品和其他的机械产品的轴套类装配工艺中有着较实际的借鉴作用。
This paper briefly describes the working principle of hydraulic shock absorber, and established the simulation model of valve type hydraulic damper using AMESim software; The model was simulated, and damping characteristic curves under different factors was obtained by the simulation program, and analyze the influence factors on the damping characteristics by the variation of characteristic curve.
