摘要
通过对水环式真空泵冷却系统运行情况的分析和研究表明:真空泵冷却水水量不足、循环用水硬度高,是导致管道和泵体内部结垢,真空泵出力下降,运行成本高的主要原因。针对这些问题,提出改造方案并进行改造,经实际应用表明效果良好。
The analysis and research of water ring vacuum pump cooling system show that the insufficient of the vacuum cooling water and the high hardness of the vacuum pump cooling water circulating caused the internal fouling of the pipeline and pump body, the decline of vacuum pump outdrop and the high operation cost. Towards this problem, put forward the option of reforming and reform can make a good result.
