摘要
磨矿机是建材、冶金和选矿等许多行业中广泛使用的一种非常重要的机械设备。针对广西华锡集团车河选矿厂1#原矿磨机展开分析,主要分析了由于结构设计不合理导致筒体漏砂影响生产作业效率和防止中空轴与砂筒进浆影响其寿命的问题,并提出了改进方案,对未来该类故障处理具有指导意义。
Mill is a kind of very important machinery is widely used in many industries such as building materials, metallurgy and ore dressing. This paper is aimed at the Guangxi Huaxi Group CHEHE concentrator 1# ore grinding to make the analysis, mainly analyses the cylinder sand leakage impact on production efficiency and prevent the hollow shaft and the sand barrel into pulp affecting the life, has the guiding sense to the fault processing.
