摘要
传统方法测量直齿圆柱齿轮参数工作量大,效率低,且不易查出错误原因。介绍了齿轮基本参数的计算及VB程序编制方法,用VB编制应用程序,窗口界面简洁,输入方便,能准确快速计算出齿轮基本参数,大大提高工作效率,对现代化大生产中直齿圆柱齿轮参数的测量无疑具有重要意义。
The traditional method of measurement of the spur gear parameters has heavy workload, low efficiency, and is not easy to find out the cause of the error. The paper introduces the basic parameters calculation of gear and the programming method of VB program, and windows interface is simple, and inputting is convenient, and can calculate quickly and accurately the basic parameters of gear. it greatly improve the work efficiency that program application program with VB, and is very important to measurement of the spur gear parameters in large-scale production of the modernization.
