摘要
针对热矫直过程系统处理钢材特性复杂、本身机械性能非线性,其控制效果难以保证的问题,采用一种热矫直过程智能控制系统,利用神经元D算法的自学习性,适应热矫直过程参数和机械性能的变化。实际系统运行表明算法的有效性。
According to the heat treatment of steel straightening process system which is complex, nonlinear, its control effect is difficult to guarantee problem, using a thermal straightening process can control system, using the self-learning neuron D algorithm, adaptive hot straightening process parameter and mechanical properties change. The actual operation of the system shows that the algorithm is effective.
