摘要
程序性细胞死亡因子1(PD-1)是由PDCD-1基因编码的共刺激分子,PD-1及其配体PD-L1、PD-L2在调节免疫反应和维持外周免疫耐受中具有重要作用。PD-1、PD-L信号通路已经被证实与自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、慢性感染等疾病的发展有关。本文对该信号通路的研究进展做一综述。
Programmed cell death I(PD-1) encoded by PDCD-1 gene is a co-stimulatory molecule. PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2) is a critical pathways that regulate immune responses and maintain peripheral tolerance. And it has been shown that the PD-1.. PD-L signaling pathway is associated with the development of autoimmune diseases, chronic infection, cancer and other diseases. In this review we will introduce the discovery of the PD1 and its related re- search progress.
