摘要
设计了一种高锰高铬低钼含量的经济型P20塑料模具钢,通过真空感应炉熔炼和模铸,采用常规轧制和轧后空冷工艺在板材中试轧机上轧制成板材,检测轧态和不同回火温度下的硬度性能,并经过金相组织分析,研究热处理工艺和硬度性能的对应关系,为大生产试制P20塑料模具钢提供技术参数.
An economical - air - cooling plastic die steel, that is P20 steel of high - Mn&Gr low - Mo, has been designed. By vacuum induction furnace melting and molding, the stocks are roiled into plates by the pilot roiling mill with convention-al rolling and air - cooling after roiling. The hardness and metallurgical structure of steel plate is examined and analyzed under the rolled condition and different tempered temperature condition, the corresponding relation of hot treatment process and hardness capacity is investigated by the microstructure analysis. The technique parameters are used for commercial process of P20 plastic die steel.
