摘要
通过Nkongho设计的关怀能力量表评定医学生在护理实践中接受人文关怀教育后关怀能力的变化。研究显示医学生护理实践前、后的人文关怀能力在理解、耐心、鼓励维度上均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在医学生的护理实践中开展人文关怀教育,能够提高了学生的人文关怀能力,可以在今后的教学中作进一步尝试。
To investigate the effects on cultivating the humane care ability of the medical students in the nursing practice. The Caring Ability Inventory was used in assessing the changes in the ability. After training, the students'ability in understanding, patience, encouragement were better ( P 〈 0. 05). It was effective to cultivating the humane care ability of the medical students in the nursing practice. Further attempts in the future teaching may be feasible.
