摘要
高校学术期刊体制改革,就利而言,会将各种期刊置于"风险"之中,加剧竞争;将促使名牌期刊"重新洗牌";体制改革的过程,也是期刊主编、总编的筛选过程;将初使众多"复合性"编辑的产生;体制改革过程也是一个双赢过程。其弊,则会使期刊的学术质量降低;会使期刊评价体系、职称评定办法、科研奖励等管理办法直接受到冲击;会使期刊出版"底线"受到威胁。谏言:期刊体制改革应结合高校学术期刊发展的规律和办刊特点,稳妥地进行。

Its disadvanta- ges will make the academic quality of journals decreases; will make the evaluation system of academic journals, professional title evaluation methods, scientific research reward management measures the direct impact of the periodical publication; threatened ＂bottom line＂. Advice： Journal of system re- form should be combined with the development of academic journals in universities and its characteris- tics, and steadily.
