摘要
建筑向高层发展是现代城市建设的显著特点,与多层结构相比,水平风荷载和地震作用是高层建筑主要的控制荷载。本文介绍了贵阳某高层建筑结构西一塔实际工程算例,根据规范中对框架柱内力调整、轴压比、周期比、位移比、剪重比、侧向刚度比、受剪承载力比以及楼层刚重比几个重要指标的限制,借助结构三维设计与分析软件SATWE对高层框架-剪力墙结构进行整体分析,采用合理的调整措施,计算结果表明结构各项指标均符合国家规范要求,设计真实可靠,希望能为设计同行提供一些有益的参考。
The development of high-rise building is a significant characteristic in the modern city construction. Compared with the multilayer structure, horizontal wind loads and seismic effects are the main control load for high-rise buildings. This paper introduces the practical engineering example of Xiyi Tower in Guiyang. According to several important indexes constraints of the norms which are internal force of frame column adjustment, axial compression ratio, period ratio, displacement ratio, shear weight ratio, the ratio of lateral rigidity, shear strength ra- tion and stiffness to weight ratio of the floors, 3D design and analysis software SATWE carries out the overall analy- sis of high-rise frame shear wall structure. The calculation results show that the structure indicators are in line with national standards, and the design is reliable, finally it can provide some beneficial reference for design counter- paas.
