摘要
通过对根茎型和丛生型植物的生长发育节律的观察测定,并且分析植物激素与植物生长发育节律之间的关系,得出羊草ABA含量对羊草的根茎生长和叶片数有明显的控制作用,并且都成正相关的关系。沙芦草的ZR对沙芦的叶片生长也有一定影响,但影响程度小于ABA。冰草ABA含量主要是控制冰草分蘖高度,冰草ZR含量主要是对冰草的叶片数和分蘖数产生影响。各个植物的IAA和GA3的含量与植物的生长发育状况相关均不显著,因此他们对植物生长发育节律影响不大,但从相关系数可以看出,IAA的含量对植物的生长有一定促进作用,而GA3对植物的生长有一定抑制作用。
Through the observation of the growing rhythm of rhizome type with grow thickly type and measuration , and analyse the relation between plant hormone and plant growing rhythm, we reach Leymus chinensis "s ABA content as the rhizo- me growth of Leymus chinensis has obvious control role with blade number, and become the relation of positive barrier. Agro pyron mongolicum's ZR for Agropyron mongolicurn's blade growth also have certain influence, but affect level to be smaller than ABA. Agropyron cristatum's ABA content mainly controls Agropyron cristatum's divide nie's altitude, Agropyron cristatum's ZR content is mainly the blade number for Agropyron cristatum with divide nie's number produce influence. Relat- ed to IAA of every plant and the content of GA3 and the growth condition of plant, it is not notable, therefore they restrain in fluence for plant growing rhythm, can not very but find out from correlation coefficient, the content of IAA has for the growth of plant, promote role surely, and GA3 has certain inhibition for the growth of plant.
