摘要
在南宁五塘地区进行罗氏沼虾高密度养殖试验，使用自制的EM菌相对于市售EM菌对高密度养殖池塘进行处理并对水质进行对比分析结果表明：EM茵不但可使水质PH保持一定总体呈碱性恒定范围；对氨氮和总氮具有明显的降解效果，可使高密度养殖池塘水质得以维持在罗氏沼虾适宜的范围内，而且使用自制EM菌可对罗氏沼虾产量有一定的提高作用。
Macrobrachium rosenbergii is raised in hign density in Nanning five pool area .To treat the water quality in the ponds ,two kinds of EM bacterias were used, one is made, the other is commercially available EM bacteria to contrast the treating effection. The results are EM bacteria not only can make the water PH to maintain a certain constant alkaline range; and also has the obvious effected on ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen,which can make the high density aquaculture ponds water quality maintained in suitable range for Macrobrachium rosenbergii and can increase the yield of Macrobrachium rosenbergi
