DETERMINATION OF SILVER CONTENT IN MOLYBDENUM TAILINGS BY FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY

摘要 为解决钼尾矿综合回收利用问题,采用浮选法回收尾矿中的铜,并采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了铜中银的含量,样品以盐酸、硝硫混酸进行分解,对样品分解和原子吸收仪测定条件进行了优化选择。通过对样品的选择性预处理和仪器工作条件的选择,建立了铜精矿中银含量测定的分析方法,经过对照试验和平行测量实验,证实该方法的准确度和精密度满足化验分析要求,可用于日常铜精矿中银含量的测定。 In order to solve the problem of comprehensive recovery of molybdenum tailings utilization, copper was recovered from the tailings by flotation method, also, silver and copper content were determined by flame atomic ab- sorption spectrometry. Samples were decomposed with hydrochloric acid, nitre - sulfur mixed acid. The sample de- composition and atomic absorption spectrometry determination conditions were optimized. Based on the selective sample pretreatment and working conditions of instrument selection, analytical method was established for determi- nation of silver content of the copper concentrate. After controlled trials and parallel experiment, it is confirmed the accuracy and precision meet the requirement of the analysis laboratory, and this method can be used for the daily determination of silver in copper concentrates.
