将金堆城钼业股份有限公司现用选钼捕收剂YC在0.4~0.5T的磁场强度下进行磁化,可有效降低YC药剂粘度,增强其弥散性能,提高其捕收能力;同时,在保持选矿技术指标不变的情况下,可以节约捕收剂用量30%,实现节能降耗。
Molybdenum collector YC was magnetized under the magnetic field with the intensity of 4 000 - 5 000 Gauss in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co. ,Ltd. , the viscosity of YC can be effectively reduced, its dispersion performance can be enhanced and its ability of collecting can be greatly improved; meanwhile, we can not only maintain the original dressing index, but reduce the use of collector by 30% to realize energy -saving and consumption -reducing.
