摘要
在低碳经济的背景下,地热产业迅速发展,急需在理论研究上实现突破以为地热产业实践提供指导。在界定地热产业概念的基础上,从地热资源开发利用业务流程和组织方式两个维度明晰了地热产业构成部分;从价值链角度,将地热产业划分为地质基础、资源辅助和开发应用3个平台并对其内在关系进行了阐述;分析了现阶段地热产业结构存在的主要问题,进而有针对性地提出促进地热产业发展的建议。
In recent years, with the rapid development of geothermal industry under the background of low-carbon economy, theoretical breakthrough is badly needed to provide guidance for the practice of geothermal industry. Based on a definition of geothermal industry, this paper clarifies the composition of geothermal industry from two angles： business process and organization forms of the exploitation and utilization of geothermal resources, innovatively divides geothermal industry into three parts from the perspective of value chain： geological basis platform, resource support platform, and exploitation and application platform, with an interpretation of their relationships. The paper also analyzes the main problems in geothermal industry at present and provides some suggestions for the development of geothermal industry.
