不同浓度多效唑对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响 被引量:10

摘要 以台湾小青瓜为材料,研究15%多效唑粉剂对黄瓜幼苗的影响。试验结果表明,多效唑能显著提高黄瓜幼苗的壮苗指数、茎粗,降低株高,延缓黄瓜种苗的生长速度,且浓度越高控制效果越明显。当浓度达到0.1%时表现出僵苗和药害,但施用低浓度多效唑,不会影响黄瓜正常生长。抑制黄瓜苗期徒长应用的适宜浓度为0.05%;叶面喷施时间为黄瓜1叶1心期,均匀少量喷施1次。 In the paper, we studied the effects of different concentrations of 15% paclobutrazol powder (PP333) on the growth of Taiwan small cucumber seedlings. The results showed that, PP333 could significantly improve the sound seedling index and the stem diameter of cucumber seedlings, reduce the plant height and slow down the growth speed of the cucumber seedlings. And the higher the concentration, the more obvious the effects. When the concentration of PP333 reached to 0.1%, runt seedlings and the phytotoxicity on the cucumber seedlings would appear, but lower concentration of PP333 would not affect the normal growth of cucumber. In order to control the excessive growth of cucumber seedlings, we gave suggestion on evenly spraying 0.05% PP333 once on cucumber leaves after the expansion of the first true leaf with a small amount.
