摘要
某型号泵轴套加工精度要求高,轴套含有难直接测量和控制的尺寸,在普通机床上加工精度难以直接控制,为了保证加工精度,可通过工序尺寸的计算,采取一定的工艺措施来保证精度。
The requirement of processing accuracy is high for some shaft sleeves installed in the pumps . However, some sizes are difficult to directly measure and control. So it is difficult to guarantee the machining precision on the ordinary machine tools. In this paper, the accuracy is ensured through the calculation of process dimension, and certain technological measures are taken for ensuring the accuracy.
