摘要
以矿用锚杆钻车为研究对象,在UG环境中建立了钻车的虚拟模型,并对钻车中的关键件机架在UG的高级仿真环境中进行应力与变形分析,接着对钻车的稳定性、机架强度、除尘系统、电缆自动收放系统等方面在设计过程中所遇的问题进行了分析。通过分析可知,锚杆钻车性能稳定、设计合理、满足使用要求。
Taking mine anchor drill rig as the research object, and the virtual model of drill rig in UG environment is estab- lished, then the stress and deformation are analyzed for drill rig key-module frame in the UG senior simulation environment, then the stability of drill rig, the strength of frame, dust removal system, automatic cable release system in the design process encountered problems are analyzed. Through the analysis, the anchor drill rig has stable performance, reasonable design, and can meet the requirement.
