摘要
随着旋转机械逐步向精密化、大型化、高速化方向发展,机械的剧烈震动对机械本身及周围带来一系列危害。利用H5U型硬支承平衡机,采用去(配)重方法校正失去动平衡的转子,对催化烟机转子、动力东区风电机转子、酸性水鼓风机转子、焦化鼓风机转子等进行动平衡校验,改变了以往必须送外做动平衡或更换新转子的情况,节约了设备配件资源。
With the development of the precision, large-scale and high-speed to rotating machinery, severe vibration of the mechanical machinery brings a range of hazards to itself and the surrounding. HSU-hard bearing balancing machine and the counterweight method is used to correct the loss of rotor balancing, and the situation that must be sent outside to do the balan- cing or replacement rotor in the past is changed by the balancing correction of catalytic hood rotor, power wind turbine rotor, acidic water blower rotor, and coking gas blower rotor. And a significant reduction is brought in equipment accessories re- sources.
