摘要
以矿井使用的多功能铲运车为研究对象,介绍了铲运车整体的设计方案及结构,然后运用机械系统动力学ADAMS软件与有限元分析COSMOS软件对铲运车的前机架、后机架、大臂等部件进行了仿真分析。通过仿真可知,此车牵引力大、爬坡能力强、可靠性高。为今后国产铲运车的研发、设计与使用提供一定的依据。
Taking a muhifunctional fork lift truck used in coal mine as the research object, the overall design scheme and structure of the fork lift truck is introduced, and then using mechanical system dynamics software ADAMS and finite element a- nalysis of COSMOS software to analyse the before frame, the after frame , the big arm and other parts . The simulation results show that the vehicle traction, climbing ability, and high reliability are well. These work for the future design and development can provide the certain basis of domestic fork lift truck.
