客车蒙皮对侧翻安全性的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于ECE R66法规和非线性有限元方法进行碰撞仿真的原理,以某6137型大客车为研究对象,分别建立了车身骨架有限元模型和带蒙皮的整车车身有限元模型,通过车身立柱变形和碰撞能量结果两项指标,对比分析客车蒙皮对侧翻碰撞仿真分析结果的影响程度。仿真分析结果表明:客车蒙皮在侧翻碰撞仿真分析中影响程度较大,可以吸收系统3.3%左右的能量,使立柱变形量可以减少23 mm左右。故在利用有限元法检验客车侧翻安全性时,不能忽略客车蒙皮的影响。 According to the rule of ECE R66 and the theory of finite element method in crash simulation, taking a vehicle model of 6137 passenger car for example, a finite element model of body frame and a finite element model of body with skin are established, then the influences of bus skin on the simulation result of rollover crash are comparatively analysed based on body column deformation and energy absorption. The simulation result shows that bus skin has a greater influence in rollover crash simulation, it can cause 3.3% of enery absorption and reduce the deformation of the stand column of 6 mm. Thus, the impact of bus skin cannot be ignored in testing rollover crash safety by finite element analysis method.
